By using Shiro you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Shiro.

Your account

You need an account to use Shiro. Keep your password safe; you’re responsible for what happens on your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and 18 or older to turn on mature content.

AI characters

Characters are AI and their replies are generated automatically. They can be wrong, strange or inappropriate, and they are fiction — not advice. Don’t rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other important decisions. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

Your content

You own the characters and messages you create. By sharing a character publicly you let other users chat with it, and let us show it in Shiro. You’re responsible for what you create and share.

Rules

• No content that sexualizes minors, promotes violence or self-harm, harasses others, or is illegal.
• No impersonating real people in a harmful or misleading way.
• No trying to break, overload or get around Shiro’s limits and safety systems.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

shiro+

shiro+ is a paid option, currently offered in the Philippines. Each payment gives 30 days of shiro+ and does not renew automatically. Payments are non-refundable. Features and limits of the free plan and shiro+ may change.

Ads

The free plan includes ads, including ads you can choose to watch for extra messages.

The service

Shiro is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running, but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or end features at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or unexpected damages from using Shiro.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above when we do; continuing to use Shiro means you accept the updated terms.
